Doctoral student Fu Xiao and Zhao Kongyang won the 2018 Intel Scholarship

In the afternoon of September 28th, 2018, the 2018 Intel (INTEL) Scholarship (Chengdu Project) Awards Ceremony was held in Intel Products (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. After individual application and preliminary screening of the college, the graduate school organized an evaluation, and finally selected 15 outstanding graduate students to participate in Intel's experience and review activities with 30 candidates from Sichuan University and University of Electronic Science and Technology. Our doctoral students Fu Xiao and Zhao Kongyang stood out in the Intel Enterprise Interview and became one of the 10 winners of the 2018 Intel Scholarship.

Intel awards Intel Scholarships to outstanding graduate students from nine prestigious universities (Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, University of Electronic Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Sichuan University, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Southwest Jiaotong University) in China every year. In addition to providing generous scholarships, Intel also arranges a senior manager or senior technical researcher as a career instructor for one-on-one technical and career development guidance and support, as well as providing internships or work for award-winning students at Intel, aiming to provide good learning and practical conditions for outstanding graduate students.
