In Morning in 22nd, August, 2016, Dr. Fan Hongchao (project leader of urban modelling in Heidelberger University, Germany) gave a research presentation entitled “The Quality Issues of Crowdsourced Geographic Information Data”. Prof. Zhu Jun, the associate head of the department of Geomatics in Faculty of Geosciences and Environmental Engineering, chaired this presentation. In this presentation, Dr. Fan introduced the acquirement of crowdsourced geographic data, quality assessment and other typical applications.
