Research Interests

My research has focused on wastewater biological treatment, advanced oxidation processes for water treatment and environmental planning and management. My group has developed several novel advanced oxidation technologies for the removal of emerging contaminants in water and published dozens of academic papers in Water Research, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, Chemosphere, Separation and Purification Technology, etc. Currently, my group is focusing on the study on the remediation of black and odorous water based on a key Science and Technology Special Project in Sichuan Province.
